Introduction

Hello every one.

I have been selling cars for over 6 years. With average satisfaction index of 98.7%. That means that more than 98% of the people that purchased from me were very satisfied. That is a very hard thing to do in car sales, as you know some one will not be happy because the car does not have new smell while the other hates the new car smell or it has 6 miles instead of Zero (0) miles (you don't want a car with zero [0] miles because it means it has not even had safety inspection done on it yet!). Some people want the tires shining, some don't. Some want accessories, some don't and the list goes on and on. Some people already had bad impression of car sales people from another dealer they may have visited, so they already have an opinion about me and bad taste about me before I even said hello and introduce my self. It's as if when some one goes to one restaurant and they don't like the food or service, they have do behave certain way with all the restaurants.

The purpose of this blog is to share experiences and maybe shed some light and bring together some sales people and customers. I know there are car sales people who have done nothing but car sales for 2 to 3 decades and have raised good families. We all know that children are heavily influenced by their parents and media... so if it were true that ALL sales people were crooked, that goes to say that ALL their children and families should be crooked!

No doubt there are some bad apples in car sales, furniture sales and any sales industry you go. People have to be cautious and find some one they can do business with and stick with them (I have seen this over and over where a customer has created a bond with a sales person and they would follow that sales person state to state when they are ready for their next purchase).

I hope to share some tips for researching to buying your next car and some sales tips to some subscribers (later on), also to share fun(ny) side of being in sales and service industry.

Best of all I would like to share some so called intelligent excuses for not buying a car, but when you have heard them again and again and know for sure they are just excuses, they are hilarious. Maybe I will start with those first.

Well I will post stuff as I go... parallel to this, my other website is active http://www.carmansam.com/, I can organize information there more than in a blog.

Have fun!
